Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember your preferences, keep you logged in, and understand how you use the service. CrewTime also uses browser local storage, which works similarly to cookies but stays on your device.
How we use cookies
CrewTime uses two categories of cookies and storage:
- Essential — required for the site to function. These keep you logged in, store your preferences, and maintain security. They cannot be disabled.
- Analytics (optional) — help us understand how people use CrewTime so we can improve the product. These are only loaded if you opt in. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels.
Essential cookies and storage
These are necessary for CrewTime to work correctly. They are set automatically and cannot be turned off.

CrewTime also uses local storage for UI state such as column widths, draft data, and feature preferences. These are purely functional and stay on your device.
Analytics cookies (optional)
CrewTime does not currently load any third-party analytics. If we add analytics in the future, those scripts will only run if you have opted in via the cookie banner. This section will be updated with specific cookie details at that time.
We will never use analytics data for advertising, profiling, or cross-site tracking.
Managing your preferences
You can change your cookie preferences at any time:
- Click in the footer of any page
- Clear your browser cookies or local storage to reset all preferences
- Use your browser's built-in cookie controls to block or delete specific cookies
Blocking essential cookies may prevent CrewTime from functioning correctly.
Third-party cookies
CrewTime uses Supabase for authentication, which may set its own session cookies. Google Fonts may also set cookies when loading typefaces. We do not control these third-party cookies. No advertising or social-media tracking cookies are used.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when we add new tools or integrations. Significant changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date. If we introduce new categories of optional cookies, we will ask for your consent again.
