By accessing or using CrewTime, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform. CrewTime reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Description of Service

CrewTime provides invoicing, expense tracking, timesheet management, mileage logging, and related tools for freelancers working in the film and television industry. The platform is offered on an as-is basis and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. CrewTime may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use CrewTime only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not:

• Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems
• Interfere with the operation of the service

Your Content

You retain ownership of all invoices, client data, timesheets, and other content you create using CrewTime. By using the platform, you grant CrewTime a limited licence to store and process your content solely for the purpose of delivering the service. We will not share your content with third parties except as required to operate the platform or comply with legal obligations.

Limitation of Liability

CrewTime is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, data accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrewTime shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Account settings page. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. CrewTime may also terminate or suspend access to the service at its discretion if these terms are violated.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of CrewTime shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
