Information We Collect

CrewTime collects account details such as your name, email address, business name, billing profile data, and invoice content you create in the platform. We also collect limited technical data, including device and browser details, to keep the service secure and reliable.

How We Use Information

We use your data to deliver invoice creation, client management, PDF generation, and account access features. We may also use service usage data to improve product performance, prevent abuse, and provide support. CrewTime does not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data Storage and Sub-processors

Invoice records and related account settings are stored using secure infrastructure with access controls designed for a SaaS invoicing product. We use Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure in the EU) as our primary database and authentication provider. We retain information for as long as your account remains active, or as needed to comply with legal, accounting, and security obligations.

CrewTime does not currently offer self-service account deletion. Clearing local data or signing out only removes information stored on your device and does not delete your CrewTime account or any records stored in the cloud. If you want your account removed, please contact support. Any deletion request will be handled in accordance with applicable legal, tax, accounting, and record-retention obligations.

Upon account deletion, your data is removed from active systems within 30 days. Encrypted backups may be retained for up to 90 days before automatic purge.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request deletion of your data
• Receive a copy of your data in a portable, structured format (data portability)
• Object to or restrict certain processing
